Finished Battens up to 2m

Product Description

We can assemble finished battens of LED to order up to 2m in length.

The length requested will be from end cap to end cap

The strip will be cut to the closest available cut point and centred to the prefile upon final assembly

Add the LED strip & Profile you wish to use to the cart in the normal way. Upon selecting this option, you will need to input the quantity of finished battens requir5ed. You will also need to ensure that you have allocated the necessary amount of strip and profile to the cart.

e.g If you need 3 led battens each 1500mm long fully assembled you will need to allocate a 5M pack of LED strip & 3 x 2m lengths of the required profile

The quantity for this code would be 3 using the above example.

Upon completing your purchase a customisation for will be emails to you or available in you order confirmation.

Complete the form with the required lengths and quantities and send the PDF back to us via the email. We will review and check the request and contact you should there be an issue. Upon accepting the request we will pass to production for fabrication.

You can request a 1m “New Feed” which will be the main cable use for power. Should you require a longer feed cable, annotate this on the form for submission, you will also need to purchase the cable required over the 1m included.

A “Join” is 2 sections of Strip and / or profile joined together by Cable. Please confirm the length of the link when submitting your request

A “Corner” will be 2 sections of strip and / or Profile  joined by cable usually of 50mm length. Should you require something different please confirm this when sending the customisation sheet

Lead times will fluctuate depending on the scope of the order and current work load
